The Find stage is about making it simple for a new person to take their first step toward connection and community. Through a QR code or the Church Connections app, people can quickly fill out a questions form about themselves and create an account. The platform automatically sorts their information and connects them with the appropriate demographic pastors and leaders, helping churches respond personally and promptly rather than allowing new people to slip through the cracks.
Connect – Turn attendance into real community.
Once a person has created an account, Church Connections automatically uses their demographic, location and preferences to recommend three to five of the best small groups near them. New people can also explore groups themselves, view information about the group and its leaders, and securely message leaders through the app — without needing to share personal phone numbers, keeping private information secure. Churches can also maintain appropriate oversight of the connection, with follow-up notifications helping pastors step if messages has gone unanswered.
Belong – Help people move from attending church to belonging to community.
Belong is about creating an ongoing relationship between people and their church community demographic. Through the accounts on the app, people will be automatically be connected with the relevant demographic community, where their pastor can share weekly devotionals, encouragement and updates through a demographic blog forum. Members can also participate through prayer and praise forums. These blog style forums allow people can feel known, supported and connected to their wider church family and supported and connected to their pastor.
